Pittsville Ford is proud to announce that we have once again received the prestigious President’s Award from Ford, marking our fourth consecutive year of achieving this incredible honor!

The President’s Award, established in 1998, recognizes Ford dealerships across the nation for outstanding sales performance and unparalleled levels of customer service. This award is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our dedication to providing the best possible experience for our customers.

To earn this award, a Ford dealership must have stellar performance of the following:

Customer Surveys: Receiving at least 60 customer surveys for both sales and service.

Outstanding Customer Service: Service must be highly ranked, with customers leaving stellar reviews.

Customer Experience: Customer experience must be ranked higher than other similar dealerships.

We celebrated this remarkable achievement with our dedicated staff by hosting a luncheon and presenting them with specialized “PITTCREW” jerseys, recognizing their hard work and dedication that made this award possible.

Stephen Townsend, our General Manager, shared his thoughts on this achievement, stating, “I think we are all just glad to be here and part of a team that continuously strives to put the customer first. We talk about it daily and remind each other of it constantly that the customer is the basis of all that we do. I think we all have the ‘commitment to excellence’ mindset, which means we do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are happy and keep coming back. A happy customer will keep coming back to do business with you and will tell their friends!”
