Meet Our Staff

Stephen is approaching his 20th year in the automotive business after previously spent 16 years with Chevrolet/Cadillac. Currently resides in Gumboro, DE not far from his hometown of Delmar, MD. He is truly focused on customer service and making sure that we provide, exceptional service to every customer. In his free time he like to spend time with his wife Mindy and children Jemma and Jayce at their favorite local nearby campground.

Coleman has been in the car business since 2003. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four kids, and two grandkids. A motorcycle enthusiast, he often rides with his wife and bike family. Coleman is also a proud member of the American Legion Riders, supporting military veterans—a cause especially meaningful to him as a veteran himself.

I am proud to be a sales manager here at Pittsville Ford. I have been in the automotive business for 16 years holding the positions of sales consultant, finance manager and now sales manager. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach and going to baseball games with my 2 sons. 

I am a mother to two children, a daughter who is in her 2nd year of college and a son who is in high school. I have been in the car business since April of 2016. I started as an agent in the BDC department. In April of 2016, I moved into the service department as a service advisor. I have been with the Preston Automotive Group for a year and a half. My goal as an advisor is to make the customers feel comfortable and earn their trust and give them the best service experience.

For the last three decades, the Frog has been an integral part of the Preston Automotive Group family, representing us in our logo, in our commercials, and around the community. More than 30 years later, we still give away a frog with every purchase, he sits proudly on the dashboard of every Preston vehicle. Although his look has changed a little over the years, the Frog is still our guy and his message is still, "Cars Cost Less in Preston".

Caitlin was born and raised on the Eastern Shore in Pocomoke, MD, where she grew up on her grandparent’s farm. She began her automotive career in 2014 and discovered her passion for the industry. In 2022, she joined Preston Automotive Group at Pittsville Ford, where she is excited to continue growing and learning the managerial side at Quick Lane. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys drag racing motorcycles with her husband and spending time at Assateague beach with her two dogs.

Duane brings a lifetime of experience in the automotive business, having worked as a technician, service advisor, and service manager throughout his career. He was born and raised in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, the town made famous by Groundhog Day and moved to the Eastern Shore in 2002. Over the years he has developed a strong passion for the service side of the business and for building great teams that take care of customers the right way. Duane and his wife have built a wonderful, blended family and have raised four children to adulthood, something he is extremely proud of. Outside of work he enjoys camping, or as he calls it glamping, grilling, NASCAR, and surf fishing. He will also be the first to admit he tries to play golf as well.
